We use Royal Mail and Parcel2Go depending on the size and weight of the package, normally either next day or 2 day delivery.

Most items will arrive within 5 working days of your order.

When you get your delivery confirmation, your order should arrive within 3 working days or earlier.

If it doesn't then please notify us after day 3 so we can investigate.

All missing orders will be replaced free of charge.

We have a 14 day returns or exchange policy.

So as long as it's not a beauty item it can be returned.

EG Bath bombs, creams, soaks cannot be returned.

Smudge, incense (unopened) home decor can be returned.

Although we package our products to prevent damage, inevitably sometimes things go wrong.

If your product arrives damaged notify us within 2 days, so that we can investigate.
